Sake (rice wine) was the inspiration for Osake's name.
In Japanese "O" when placed before any noun, translates
to "respect."
Since Opening in January of 1998, the restaurant has received
praise from food critics and clientele alike. Osake, in addition to
its traditional and contemporary cuisine, also offers the largest
and most exotic selection of premium sake to be found in
Sonoma County.
In an era of health consciousness and the overall improvement
of our quality of life; the freshest ingredients, free of preservatives
and animal fat, are used in the preparation of our unique style of
California and traditional Japanese cuisine selections.
