Sake’O is Gary Chu’s latest restaurant. It recently opened in the town of Healdsburg. The restaurant features a special mix of Japanese-inspired dishes and includes the famous “Martini on the Rocks” starter of rock shrimp tempura, spicy sesame aioli and roasted pine nuts.
